Brie has discovered the joys of being the only kid on the block
and is sharing her bed with Karen and her family. Brie runs the
Grandkids and the rest of the house with the panache that
only Brie possesses!

Here's lookin' at you, kid!

Brie is my first home bred show dog and I have high hopes for her. She is a very nice
little package, lovely head and dark eyes, level topline, very nice front and rear, full of
confidence and Poodle attitude! Loves everyone and meets the world head on. She has a
bright future ahead of her!!

My how time flies! Our Brie is shown above at the Poodle Club of America National
Specialty in the 12-18 month class on June 15, 2006! This was only Brie's second AKC
show and she did better than we had ever imagined. Getting the nod from Judge
Frank Sabella and finishing in the top six in her class was a fabulous compliment!

We welcome home our new Canadian Champion!

*UCI International Champion (Puppy) at only 5 months old, finished in three shows
*Non Sporting Match, Richmond KC, 4th in group at 3 1/2 months, first time out!

Health Testing: vWD Clear by Parentage, CERF Normal.
Heart: ASD Affected
Doppler Echo for Cardio revealed that our Brie had a hole in her heart
(known as Atrial Septal Defect) This hole was significant enough that it
required heart surgery to repair it and to ensure that she would live a long
and healthy life. Surgery was performed at Texas A & M University
in March 2007.

Sadly, this signaled the end of to our hopes for little "Brie babies".
